Samuel Halff's work experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO at ketl since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate at LKK Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler from September 2016 to May 2020. From September 2014 to September 2016, they were a Partner and Attorney-at-law at BRH Partners LLC, where they provided legal assistance to mid-to-large size companies and conglomerates. Samuel also acted as an arbitrator and counsel in commercial arbitrations and was involved in commercial strategy. Before that, Samuel worked as an Attorney-at-law and Associate at Budin & Associés from March 2011 to September 2014, and also had a trainee lawyer role at the same company from July 2011 to December 2012. Samuel also gained experience as a Legal Consultant at Stryker from September 2013 to April 2014.
Samuel Halff's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Engineering school HEPIA and earned an Engineer's Degree in Mechanics/Electricity. Samuel then pursued their higher education at the University of Geneva from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Law degree with a focus on Business law. In 2011, Samuel attended the Postgraduate Procedural Law School (ECAV) for a short period to study General law. Following that, in 2013, they attended the Geneva Bar and obtained the Brevet d'avocat genevois. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, Samuel attended UCLA and obtained an LL.M degree in Entertainment and Sports Law.
