Jeff Davids

Jeff (J.D.) Davids serves as the Executive Director of The Ohio Venture Pipeline, a grassroots initiative celebrating successful investment deals, since January 2023. As Managing Partner at SmartMoney Ventures since June 2013, Jeff has contributed to startup growth and facilitated significant fundraising achievements. Additionally, Jeff advises several innovative companies, including Scheduler AI and KETOS Inc., providing strategic insights in technology and analytics. With a history of mentorship at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, Jeff has helped early-stage founders through workshops and one-on-one guidance. Previous roles include Partner at CARMEN VENTURES and strategic advisory positions at New View Surgical and CommSafe AI, alongside experience as CFO at SG Biofuels. Jeff holds a BSBA Cum Laude in Accounting from The Ohio State University and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from UC San Diego.
