Brad Rourke

Brad Rourke serves as the Chief External Affairs Officer and Director of DC Operations at the Kettering Foundation, where they lead external relations and partnerships. Previously, Brad held the position of Director of Scheduling for California Controller Gray Davis and managed the Los Angeles district office of Congresswoman Jane Harman as District Director. Their extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of Public Policy at the Institute for Global Ethics, where they led major public policy initiatives. Brad also founded Rockville Central, a prominent local blog in Montgomery County, and owned the Mannakee Circle Group, a firm assisting civic organizations in public engagement. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from American University.
