Chip Protsman

Chip Protsman is the Chief of Police at the City of Kettering, a position they currently hold. Previously, Protsman served for two decades at the Lima Police Department, where they rose through the ranks to the position of Major. They earned a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Tiffin University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Toledo.
