Ryan V. is a Police Lieutenant at the City of Kettering with 18 years of law enforcement experience. They began their career as a Police Officer at the Village of Maineville Police Department and later served in various roles, including Patrol Officer, Evidence Technician, and Detective at the City of Kettering. With a strong background in digital forensics, Ryan transitioned from a Patrol Sergeant to a Criminal Investigations Detective before taking on their current role. Ryan is pursuing an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science at Xavier University and recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
