Shauna Lewallen

Shauna Lewallen, CPRE, is the Recreation Superintendent at the City of Kettering Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts, where they manage a $9.5 million annual operating budget and oversee multiple facilities and innovative programming for a diverse community. They have served in various roles in the field, including as Recreation Services Manager at Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation and Recreation Supervisor in Novi, Michigan. Shauna's educational background includes a Master of Science in Recreation from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Services from Miami University. Additionally, they completed an Executive Development Program at Indiana University Bloomington. A Certified Park & Recreation Executive, Shauna has contributed to two Gold Medal Award-winning and three CAPRA accredited agencies.
