Tom Robillard, AICP has extensive work experience in various planning and development roles. Tom began their career as a Planner II at the City of Cupertino in October 1988 and worked in this role until February 1995. Tom then joined the City of St. Joseph, MO as the Department of Community Development Director, a position they held until 1999. In February 1999, Tom became the Planning and Development Director for the City of Kettering. In 2009, they took on an Adjunct Professor role at Wright State University for a year.
Tom Robillard, AICP has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration, which they obtained from San Jose State University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Urban Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1985 to 1988.
In addition to their education, Tom Robillard is also certified as an AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners). Tom obtained this certification in June 1996.
