Michael Leo

Michael Leo has extensive experience in software engineering and consulting, currently serving as Owner and Director of Managed Services at Kettle River Consulting Inc since 2007, where responsibilities include product development and end-to-end system implementation. Prior to this, Michael was a Principal Consultant and minority owner at Caribou Lake Software LLC, managing infrastructure and products from 1997 to 2006. Additional roles include Consultant at York & Associates Inc, Software Engineer at ADC Telecommunications Inc, and Software Engineer at Honeywell Commercial Flight Systems. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1984 and 1992, and completed secondary education at Mountain Iron High School from 1978 to 1983.
