Josh Fields

Josh Fields serves as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., overseeing supply planning and demand management for the Northern region while leading a team to meet CFR goals and optimize inventory and transportation costs. Prior to this role, Josh held various positions at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, including Process Development Manager and Capacity Planning Manager, where significant achievements included managing strategic projects and capital investments, and successfully integrating supply chains post-acquisition. Josh also has experience in manufacturing and material planning from previous roles at Leica Microsystems, Case New Holland, and Raven Industries. Josh holds an Engineering Management degree in Industrial Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
