Stephen Buss

Stephen Buss has a strong background in professional services and support roles. Starting in 1998, they worked at Netron as an Education Specialist, before moving on to MKS in 1999 as a Consultant. From 2001 to 2002, they worked at i4i as a Senior Consultant. At MKS, they held various roles including Application Engineer from 2002 to 2005 and Director of Professional Services from 2005 to 2010. Stephen then founded their own company, Software Deployment Solutions Inc., where they served as President & Principal Consultant from 2010 to 2011. Stephen continued their career as Manager of Handheld Requirements Management at Research In Motion from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Avanti Computer Systems as Director of Professional Services, and from 2016 to 2017, they served as Director of Professional Services at Electric Cloud. From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Senior Director of Worldwide Customer Operations at eProductivity Software. Currently, they are working as the Senior Director of Professional Services & Support at KEV Group.

Stephen Buss completed their secondary education at Southwood Secondary from 1988 to 1993. Stephen then attended McMaster University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a B.ENG.MGT degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management. In addition to their academic education, Stephen has also earned certifications such as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in November 2012 and a PMP from PMI in July 2012.
