Ossi Aura

Ossi Aura has extensive experience in wellness management, sports science, and organizational productivity, holding various roles in multiple organizations since the 1980s. Key positions include Senior Expert at Pohjola Terveys Oy, Director of the Olympic Training Center and Biomechanical Expert at Kuortane Sports Institute, and Managing Director at both the Finnish Antidoping Agency and Suomen Kunto ja Virkistys Oy. Currently, Ossi Aura serves as a partner at Proinsight Oy, focusing on enhancing human productivity and well-being, and leads Ossi Aura Consulting Oy, where consulting and research efforts are directed towards developing sustainable workplace productivity. Ossi Aura's education includes a PhD in Intellectual Capital from Hanken Svenska Handelshögskolan and a PhLic in Biomechanics and Sports Physiology from the University of Jyväskylä.
