Leo Colborne

Leo is currently an Executive-in-Residence with McKinsey & Co. Prior to that Leo recently retired after a 25 year career at EMC most recently serving as Senior VP of Global Customer Service. In that role Leo was responsible for installation, maintenance, and upgrade of EMC’s customer base. The 4000 person organization has industry leading Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty results and generates $2B in revenue with an expense budget of approximately $780M.
