KEY Facilities Management is the UK’s longest-established True Facilities Management (FM) business.

We optimise performance with consulting-led True FM services and technologies, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness and high-quality standardised service delivery.

True FM is the vision and mission at the heart of our business. True FM interweaves advanced and proven methods for getting the best out of people, places, processes and technologies, with solutions which are always fine-tuned to your specific needs, set-up and budget.

Established in Scotland 1990, we have since maintained an unswerving commitment to True FM and our independence. Our services are never influenced by conflict-of-interest and our loyalty is always 100% to our clients.

From our roots in the historic village of Doune, our arena of operations has grown to encompass 20+ countries and 3 continents, and private and public sector clients from smaller organisations through to corporate multinationals.

More than any business, we have helped establish Facilities Management as a professional discipline worldwide. Our CEO, Stan Mitchell has chaired several Global FM professional associations and is currently leading development of the first international standards in FM through his Chairmanship of the ISO TC 267 Committee, including Management System Standard ISO 41001.

We have also been responsible for many innovations that have become industry norms, including the ‘evergreen’ supply chain service contract and the UK’s first Key Performance Indicators for FM.
