Ben Waugh

Ben Waugh is a Managing Director at Key Group, responsible for overseeing More2life and Standard Life Home Finance. Prior to this, Ben worked at Barclays for almost two decades, holding various positions such as Head of Change and Head of Customer Experience for Mortgages. Additionally, he has experience working at Robson Rhodes and Wilfred T Fry, providing independent financial advice to international customers. Ben holds a degree in Financial Services and Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
