Emma Ward

Emma Ward is currently the Head of B2B Sales Operations at Key Group since March 2023. Prior to this, Emma held the position of Head of Sales Operations at more2life from December 2018 to March 2023. She also worked at Paymentshield from May 2011 to December 2018, starting as a Customer Service Representative and eventually becoming the Team Leader of the Telephone Business Development Managers Team. Additionally, Emma served as the Branch Manager at Laura Ashley from July 2007 to April 2011, responsible for running the Southport store and achieving growth in sales and profit.
