Jo R. is currently the Head of Adviser Services at Key Group, where they manage the paraplanning team, later life administration team, and case handling team to support Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client journeys. Over the past five years, Jo has successfully created and expanded the paraplanning department at Key Group, fostering a dedicated and enthusiastic team. Prior to this role, Jo worked as a Paraplanning Manager and as a Para planner at Key Group, as well as gaining experience as a Customer Service Adviser at The Right Equity Release Limited. Jo's extensive background also includes various management roles spanning over two decades at Tesco.
