Key Impact is an independent consultancy firm specialized in public and non-for-profit sector development. Founded by Dr. Yuval Ofek, PhD in network evaluation and experienced evaluation manager, and Ms. Krisztina Varga, expert in personal and organizational capacity development, Key Impact successfully brings together interdisciplinary theory with lessons learnt from actual practice.

Key Impact’s principle of consultancy work is based on participation, excellence, the value of collective knowledge and commitment to sustainable solutions.

Key Impact’s services include the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems, commissioning social and market research, and technical assistance to improve strategic and project planning. Key Impact’s evaluative services help our partners recognize the difference between failure and successes, between waste of resources and effective interventions, and in short, the difference between simply working towards or actually creating social impact.
