Ania Rodriguez is the CEO and founder of Key Lime Interactive. Ania has over 20 years of experience in customer experience research, branding, and usability. Ania started their career as a human factors engineer at Pratt & Whitney. Ania then moved to IBM Interactive, where they worked as a managing consultant for seven years. In 2007, they joined Keynote as a senior manager. Ania led customer experience research consulting group and was responsible for bringing in new business. Ania managed and developed new clients, project-managed individual engagements, and analyzed and presented Keynote's Syndicated Industry Customer Experience reports. In 2008, they left Keynote to start their own company, Key Lime Interactive.
Ania Rodriguez has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. Ania also has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami. Ania has completed Executive Education: From Specialist to Strategist in Organizational Leadership from Smith College.
