Ken Stern is the Director of Customer Success at Key Lime Interactive. Ken has over 30 years of experience in the field of user research and has consulted for some of the biggest companies in the world, including IBM and UC Irvine. Ken is an expert in usability, user experience, needs analysis, user expectations, vision, and user performance. Ken has a degree in Psychology from UC Irvine.

Ken Stern received their Ph.D in Psychology (Cognitive Psych) from UC Irvine. Ken also has a MA in Social Science from UC Irvine and a BA in Psychology from UC Irvine. Ken Stern is also certified by IBM as a Cognitive Practitioner, IBM Design Thinking Practitioner, and Government Insights & Solutions (Silver). In addition, they are certified by The Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics as a Professional Ergonomist (CPE).
