Tim Meyer

Tim Meyer has held a variety of positions in the manufacturing industry since 2009. Tim began their career as a Co-op Engineer at Valspar in 2009, where they scoped and managed capital projects to improve plant functionality. In 2011, they were promoted to Process Engineer at Valspar, where they were responsible for quality and process improvements of two-piece and food coatings. In 2012, they joined Whitmore as Assistant Plant Manager and was later promoted to Quality Manager, where they were responsible for the quality of all products, processes, and procedures in Rockwall, Texas. Tim also managed the quality control lab and established quality assurance practices. In 2017, they joined SWARCO as General Manager. In 2021, they became Director of Operations at MicroCare, LLC and in 2022 they were appointed Vice President of Operations at KEY POLYMER.

Tim Meyer holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same university.
