The Key Recruitment Group is a multi-sectoral recruitment agency and Employer of Record (EOR) consultancy providing strategically tailored, compliant, and relationship-driven hiring solutions across South Africa.

Our approach is rooted in long-term partnership – supporting clients across the full hiring lifecycle with specialist-led engagement, performance-linked guarantees, and a deep understanding of organisational fit.

We support permanent, contract, and executive recruitment across industries, alongside fully compliant EOR services for international businesses hiring South African talent. From HR and payroll to compliance and workforce management, we offer end-to-end support for confident, effective hiring.

Our purpose is to help people make carefully considered career decisions and enable meaningful, well-aligned placements. We believe emphatically that "your people are the very essence of your business". This philosophy underpins our commitment to high-quality recruitment processes that respect both the individual and the organisation.

If you’re looking for a recruitment partner focused on long-term success over short-term placement, we’d welcome the conversation.
