Thomas Kaika

Thomas Kaika has extensive experience in leadership roles within the security and asset management industry. Currently serving as President of Key Systems, Inc. since November 2018, Thomas previously held the position of President at the High Security & Aftermarket Group (Medeco High Security Locks, ASSA ABLOY Americas) from April 2005 to July 2017. Thomas's earlier career includes various vice presidential roles at YSG (ASSA ABLOY Americas) from January 1997 to March 2005, along with a National Sales Manager position at Yale Lock Company from 1995 to 1997. Thomas began in sales management at YSG in 1995. Academically, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut and has pursued further education at various distinguished institutions, including CCL, IMD Business School, and Templeton College at Oxford.
