Director Of Engineering at Key Technology

Thomas Munck has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Thomas started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Pearson Packaging Systems in 2001. Thomas then worked as an Applications Engineer at Key Technology, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, where they conducted testing and demonstrations for various product lines. Thomas went on to become a Project Engineering Manager at Key Technology, Inc. from 2005 to 2012. In this role, they managed mechanical and electrical engineers, supervised various projects, and provided technical expertise for optical sorter product lines. From 2012 to 2018, they served as the Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Key Technology, Inc., where they developed and incorporated Design for "X" activities into the company's culture. Currently, they hold the position of Global Manager of Applied Systems Engineering at Key Technology, Inc. since 2018. Recently, they were appointed as the Director of Engineering at the same company in February 2021.

Thomas Munck attended the University of Idaho from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
