Jose Rubinger has been involved in various roles in the tech industry since 2018. Jose was a CCO & Co-founder at Key2Enable, a Brazilian EdTech Social Impact Startup with global operations in the USA and in the UAE. Jose was also a speaker at Demo Day for Singularity University as a Portfolio Company, key2enable. In 2019, they became a Portfolio Company of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund, the Global Social Venture Competition at Berkeley Haas, Ma'an Abu Dhabi's Social Impact Incubator programme, Special Olympics Innovation Challenge, and StartupChile Huella Program. In 2018, they were a Portfolio Company of Singularity University and Krypto Labs. In 2020, they became a Portfolio Company of HUB71 Abu Dhabi and Microsoft for Startups Middle East.

Jose Rubinger has an extensive educational background. Jose earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva in 1995, followed by an Electronics, Automation and Data science Concept from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 1987. Jose then attended Singularity university in 2018, where they earned a Sprint Incubator Program in Assistive Technology and Rehabilitation Engineering. In 2019, they earned a Mentorship for MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Business, Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul in Empreendedorismo, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
