Lawrence L.

Lawrence L. has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Lawrence began their career as a System Engineer at HKT, followed by a role as an Analyst Programmer at MTR Corporation Limited in 1999. In 2000, they were a System Analyst at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Manager in Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte. During this time, they also held a role as Assistant Internal Control Manager, Operational Risk Management, Asia Pacific at HSBC. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Chief Compliance Officer at a Greater China Based FinTech Startup. Lawrence then became a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager at Standard Chartered Bank in 2015. Most recently, they have been the Founder & CEO of KeyChain Pay, the first-ever Smart Rental Payment Platform in Hong Kong, since 2017.

Lawrence L. has a diverse educational background. Lawrence holds an EDM from HKUST Business School in Business Administration, an MSc from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in Computer Science, and a BSc from City University of Hong Kong in Computer Studies. Additionally, they are certified as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., and holds an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
