Romy Lynch

Romy Lynch has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Romy began their career as a Commercial Data Intern at Hostelworld.com and then worked as a Barista at Applegreen PLC. In 2016, Romy interned as a Process Engineering Intern at Intel Corporation, where they gained experience in SQL and Power BI. Romy then joined ARYZTA in 2017 as an Operations and Engineering Graduate and later became a Project Engineer. In this role, they successfully managed a $2.6m CAPEX budget and achieved significant improvements in machine efficiency. In 2019, Romy co-founded Unflow and served as the Head of Product, leading the launch and management of award-winning products. Romy also secured critical contracts and raised over $2.1m in funding. Currently, Romy works as a Product Lead at Keychain.

Romy Lynch attended Mount Anville Secondary School from 2007 to 2013, where they completed their Leaving Certificate. Romy then enrolled at University College Dublin from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they studied at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2015 to 2016, obtaining an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
