Ryan Pfaff

Ryan Pfaff is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a strong background in capital metrology and microscopy systems at KEYENCE CORPORATION since July 2007. As Marketing Director, Ryan leads Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Strategic Marketing teams. Previously, as Regional Product Sales Director, Ryan expanded sales across the Eastern USA and developed a successful team of 23 sales professionals and 6 managers. Ryan has also held roles such as Sr. Area Product Sales Manager and Area Product Sales Manager, focusing on sales achievement and team development. Ryan began a career in research as a Research Assistant at Penn State University, specializing in non-destructive techniques in engineering mechanics, culminating in an M.S. degree in the field.
