Ady Manolache

Ady Manolache is an experienced IT Systems & Operations Manager at KEYENCE CORPORATION, leading a team of five and providing IT support to over 650 users across ten European countries. Responsibilities include data security, Microsoft Teams telephony implementation, and Azure Virtual Desktop deployment, among other IT operations. Previously, Ady worked as an IT Consultant, providing hardware and software solutions, and as a Technical Support & QA Engineer at XWiki, managing client support and technical documentation. Ady also served as a Service Desk Team Leader at SCC SERVICES ROMANIA SRL, coordinating multiple support teams and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Ady holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Romania.
