Floriane Thomas

Floriane Thomas is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in employee lifecycle management, learning and development, and employee relations. Currently serving as an HR Senior Specialist – Learning & Development and HR Team Leader at KEYENCE CORPORATION since February 2017, Floriane has been instrumental in providing efficient HR services, performance management guidance, and leading various HR projects across multiple affiliates. Prior to this role, Floriane worked as an HR Officer at Space Applications Services NV, focusing on employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, and also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant and Operations Coordinator at PATHFINDERS MEDIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED and Excel Careers, respectively. Floriane holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Haute Ecole Namur-Liège-Luxembourg and a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Science and Education from Université catholique de Louvain.
