Stefon Roberson

Stefon Roberson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and education, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner III at KEYENCE CORPORATION since February 2022, with progressive roles within the company. Prior to this, Stefon worked as a Processing Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on account closures for deceased customers. Additional experience includes teaching British Literature at Brantley County High School and training federal agencies as a contractor for FLETC. Stefon also served as Assistant Director at the College of Coastal Georgia, where event planning and departmental management were key responsibilities. Stefon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Coastal Georgia, earned in 2020.
