Denise Bailey, P.Eng. is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in field operations and production engineering. Currently serving as a Field Operations Engineer at Keyera since April 2018, Denise is responsible for scoping and executing Opex and Capex projects at a 60-year-old gas plant, utilizing both collaborative and independent problem-solving approaches. Prior experience includes tenure at BP from August 2004 to November 2015, where Denise held roles ranging from Senior Production Engineer, managing extensive oil and gas production operations, to Site Engineer, addressing operational compliance issues. Denise's earlier career included engineering support roles at Kinder Morgan Pipeline and BAR Engineering Co. Ltd., where project management and facility design were key focuses. An engineer with an academic foundation from the University of Manitoba, Denise holds a BSc in Agricultural Engineering.

Keyera Corp. operates an integrated Canadian-based midstream business. The Company is organized into two business units: Gathering and Processing Business Unit and Liquids Business Unit. The Gathering and Processing Business Unit owns and operates raw gas gathering pipelines and processing plants, which collect and process raw natural gas, remove waste products and separate the economic components, primarily natural gas liquids (NGLs).
