Erica Smith

Erica Smith currently serves as an Operational Excellence - Assurance Advisor and Training and Competency Coordinator at Keyera, beginning in December 2021. Prior to this role, Erica amassed considerable experience at Cenovus Energy from June 2008 to February 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining safe plant operations as an Operations Field Based Trainer and acting as a senior Relief Plant Operator across various operational areas. Erica holds a Diploma of Education in Power Engineering Technology from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and has pursued additional training at NAIT and SAIT, including courses in Collaborative Intelligence and Mental Toughness, alongside certification as an Alberta Hot Yoga Teacher.
