Kris Frederickson

Kris Frederickson, MBA, is an experienced leader in sustainability and environmental governance, currently serving as General Manager of Sustainability at Keyera since February 2021. Frederickson has a strong background in developing and executing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities, with previous roles including Director of Sustainability at Suncor Energy and Manager of Sustainability Disclosure & Stakeholder Engagement. A former Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors at the University of Calgary, Frederickson has also contributed to various organizations, including MEG Energy Corp. as Team Lead - Environment and as a board member for multiple non-profit initiatives. Educational credentials include an EMBA in Indigenous Business & Leadership from Simon Fraser University, an MSc in Engineering from the University of Manitoba, and a BSc in Biosystems Engineering from the same institution.
