Tim Kitchen is a seasoned corporate board director, currently serving on the boards of Keyera, Irving Oil, and Canadian Resource Roadways LP, where they chair the board. Tim previously held the position of Chair on the Foundation Board of Directors at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity from 2017 to 2023. With extensive experience in investment banking, Tim worked as a Managing Director at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, and they were also a Managing Director at CIBC from 1990 to 2006. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and an MBA with Distinction in Finance from York University - Schulich School of Business.
