Eric Nicholson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service and vendor management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Team Lead at Keyera since October 2023, Eric has previously held the position of Regional Service Manager at Cognizant from May 2019 to October 2023. Eric's career began at Westcoast Energy Inc as a Client Services Consultant and subsequently progressed through various roles at Encana Corporation, including leadership positions overseeing IT Shared Services and application support. At Cenovus Energy, Eric was instrumental in managing technical service teams, hardware fleets, and Middleware Infrastructure. With a solid educational background from UBC and the University of the Fraser Valley, Eric Nicholson brings a wealth of expertise in IT service delivery and client solutions management.
