Doug Modic

Doug Modic serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations at Keyfactor since October 2021, overseeing Professional Services, Product Support, and Cloud Engineering on a global scale. Prior to this role, Doug held positions at Cornerstone IT, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services and Support and Vice President of Global Professional Services, from July 2018 to October 2021. Doug also served as Vice President of Operations at Western Reserve IT from December 2012 to July 2018, eventually becoming President. Educational pursuits include a Master of Divinity degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, expected completion in January 2029, as well as graduation from the Leadership Lake County Signature Program in 2020. Additional educational details include studies at Cleveland State University and Kent State University.
