Gail Joyce is the current Chief People Officer at Keyfactor. Gail has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources.

Previously, they were the Human Resources Manager at Ferro Corporation from June 2011 to November 2012. There, they oversaw people operations for three sites, inclusive of two manufacturing facilities and a global R&D center. Gail was also responsible for designing and managing the recruitment, selection and staffing strategies and process to ensure quality, trained hires (hourly and salaried; experienced and inexperienced). After Ferro Corporation, Joyce became the VP, Global Human Resources at Hyland from November 2012 to February 2022. At Hyland, they scaled and operationalized global people operations, team and practices in support of the business' hyper-growth and global growth model. Additionally, they served as executive sponsor for Workday HCM system implementation, transition from Ultimate HCM system, to gain operational efficiencies and enhance employee experience(s). Furthermore, they led people integration efforts for nine acquisitions over the span of nine years, inclusive of five global acquisitions. Lastly, they introduced HR Business Partner model to align people strategies to business goals.

Gail Joyce began their educational career by completing a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communication from Ohio University, with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior and Business Administration. Gail then went on to complete a Master's degree in Education from Magnificat High School.
