Hillary Deal

Hillary Deal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and product training. Currently serving as the Director of Product Training and Enablement at Keyfactor since May 2021, Hillary has previously held key roles at Tricentis as a Release Manager and Senior Technical Writer, where responsibilities included producing comprehensive documentation for software applications and collaborating with various teams on multiple products. At QASymphony, contributions as a Senior Technical Writer focused on technical and user experience documentation for software testing products. Prior experience at Greenway Health encompassed diverse roles, including producing documentation for Electronic Health Records (EHR) and conducting instructional training. Hillary is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor's in Public Relations/Communications and a minor in English, alongside certification as a Georgia Certified Teacher in Elementary Education from the University of West Georgia.
