Tom Heurkens

Tom Heurkens is a legal professional with extensive experience in various aspects of law, particularly in competition and regulated markets. Prior to the current role as Legal Counsel at KeyGene since January 2023, Tom held positions as a Professional Support Lawyer and Attorney at Stek, where responsibilities included advising on competition law issues and contributing to internal know-how. Previous experience includes serving as a paralegal at MDP - Advies en bemiddeling, focusing on discrimination, and roles in client-facing positions such as staff member at Jan Linders and salesperson at Geurts van Bergen b.v. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Laws from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, a Master of Laws in International and European Law from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, and an additional degree in International and European law from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem.
