Richard Otten

Richard Otten has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Richard started their career at IBAS groep in 1991 as a Business Unit Manager/Consultant, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they served as a Business Unit Manager at Caesar Oreade bv. Richard then moved to Caesar Projects bv in 2007 as a Business Unit Manager. In 2008, Richard joined Caesar Groep and held various roles, including Business Development Java & Oracle, Managing Consultant Team Technology Consultants, and Managing Consultant Team BPM/Be Informed. In 2012, they began working at Keylane as a Project Manager until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Richard served as a Nordic Delivery Manager at Keylane, responsible for delivery at Keylane Nordics. Currently, they hold the position of Director Delivery Life & Pension Benelux at Keylane, starting in May 2020.

Richard Otten attended RSG Enkhuizen from 1979 to 1985. Richard then pursued their higher education at the University of Amsterdam from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Informatics (drs.).
