Joe Marriott has extensive work experience in various roles related to energy analysis, life cycle analysis, and engineering. Joe started their career at Telcordia Technologies as a Systems Engineer in 1998 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they served as a Technical Marketing Engineer at Dynarc. In 2007, they worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University. Joe then joined the University of Pittsburgh as an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate in Life Cycle Analysis from 2010 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at KeyLogic Systems, where they held roles as a Principal Engineer in Life Cycle Analysis from 2016 to 2017, and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Energy Analysis.
Joe Marriott obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University in 1998. Joe then pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering at the same university from 2002 to 2004. In 2007, Joe successfully completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Environmental Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
