Alan Simpson

Alan Simpson is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security operations and incident response management. Currently serving as the Senior Security Operations Manager at Keyloop since August 2022, Alan leads a diverse, multi-national team within a hybrid Security Operations Center (SOC) model. Previously, Alan held roles at Allianz Insurance, including Information Security Detection and Response Manager and Information Security Operations Manager, where responsibilities included aligning with global security structures, managing incident response, and overseeing security operations for a large workforce and customer base. Early career experiences range from information security consulting and technical support at LV= to various roles in customer service and project support across multiple organizations such as Barclays and J.P. Morgan. Alan holds an AVCE degree in ICT from Bournemouth & Poole College.
