Anoop Parameswara

Anoop Parameswara has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and industries. Anoop began their career at MetLife as a Channel Manager from August 2004 to February 2007. Anoop then transitioned to Tech Mahindra, where they worked as a Process Consultant from February 2007 to April 2010, taking on responsibilities such as managing IT service delivery and negotiating service levels. Following this, they joined MSCI Inc. as a Process Improvement Manager from September 2010 to May 2015. In this role, they focused on enhancing processes and systems. Anoop's most recent position was with Keyloop, where they served as the Director of Engineering Operations starting from June 2015. Overall, they have displayed expertise in process improvement, IT service management, and team leadership.

Anoop Parameswara completed an MBA in Marketing & Operations from TKM Institute of Management, Kerala, between 2002 and 2004. Anoop also earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in process improvement from Anexas Denmark in 2013. Anoop obtained a BSc in Electronics from the University of Calicut from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they received an ITIL V3 certification from APMG - UK in 2010.
