Arfan Younus

Arfan Younus has a diverse background in HR Systems & Analytics. Arfan is currently working at Keyloop as the Head of HR Systems & Analytics, where they oversee the management and analysis of HR data. Prior to this, Arfan worked at Sophos as the HR Systems & Reporting Manager, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining HR systems. Arfan also held roles as a Senior HRIS Analyst, HRIS Analyst, and HR Coordinator / Analyst at Sophos. Before joining Sophos, Arfan worked as an HR Advisor at Amey and as a Corporate Markets Metering & Billing Executive at British Gas Business.

Arfan Younus completed their education at various prestigious institutions. Arfan first attended Oxford Brookes University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree. Later, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued further studies at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. During this time, they obtained a CIPD Professional Qualification in Human Resources and also earned a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources. In 2011, Arfan Younus became an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development after completing the necessary certification.
