Bao Le

Bao Le is an HR Transformation Leader with over 10 years of experience in driving organizational growth and building HR functions in high-growth tech and Web3 companies. Bao has held key positions at organizations including Sky Mavis, where they served as Head of Human Resources and later as Director of HR Strategy, and currently works as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Keyloop. With expertise in cross-border HR operations, talent strategy, and organizational design, Bao has successfully managed large-scale transformations and facilitated M&A integrations, all while enhancing leadership capability within multinational settings. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from La Trobe University, a Bachelor of Commerce from RMIT Vietnam, and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from Baruch College.
