Craig Duff

Craig Duff serves as General Counsel at Keyloop since March 2021, following its acquisition by Francisco Partners. Keyloop is a prominent global provider of software solutions for the automotive retail industry. Prior to this role, Craig worked as Legal Counsel at CDK Global (International), and as Senior Legal Counsel at Target Group, which specializes in Business Process Outsourcing and operational transformation. Craig's experience also includes five years as Senior Group Solicitor at Connect Group PLC, where legal support was provided across various business divisions. Earlier in the career, Craig trained and qualified as a Solicitor at Bevan Brittan LLP, focusing on commercial matters, and held a paralegal position at Burges Salmon LLP after earning a Law LLB (Hons) from Durham University and completing education at Nottingham Law School.
