Dan Schofield

Dan Schofield currently serves as Lead Counsel for M&A and Alliances at Keyloop since October 2021, following a role as Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Foot Anstey LLP from January 2019 to September 2021, with a focus on corporate law encompassing public and private M&A, corporate restructuring, management buyouts, and capital markets. Dan's career began as a Corporate Solicitor at DMH Stallard LLP, transitioning from a Trainee Solicitor, and preceded by a role as a Legal Associate at Mundipharma International Limited, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various agreements. Dan also gained early exposure through work experiences and a vacation scheme at DMH Stallard LLP and Bristows, respectively, along with an internship at Napp Pharmaceuticals. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, Guildford, and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent.
