Jon Clay

Jon Clay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic leadership within the automotive and data sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Product Director for Core DMS at Keyloop, Jon leads a multi-cultural team of approximately 40 product managers across 14 countries, overseeing a global portfolio that significantly contributes to 9-figure annual revenues. Previously, Jon held the role of Data Director at Solera, Inc., where responsibilities included driving data-as-a-service strategies and managing diverse teams, also generating substantial revenues through various brands. A career trajectory includes roles at cap hpi, Close Brothers Motor Finance, RWE npower, Passenger Focus, and East Riding of Yorkshire Council, showcasing a strong focus on data management, project delivery, and organizational performance. Jon is currently pursuing an MBA at Warwick Business School, complementing a foundational education in Geological Science from the University of Leeds.
