Katie Pearce

Katie Pearce has extensive experience in process analysis and resource management, currently serving as a Process Analyst, Resource Manager, and Aftersales Resource Co-ordinator at Keyloop since August 2016. Previously, Katie worked at Truegrit Ltd as a Commercial Sales Co-ordinator, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, sales administration, and complaint resolution in the gritting and snow clearing industry. Additional experience includes the role of Wedding List Administrator at Wedding Presents Direct Ltd, focusing on client liaison and service expectations, and Contract Support at Norland Managed Services, where support was provided for contract operations and client interactions. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama Studies with Media Production from the University of Winchester, obtained in 2011.
