Mark Haslam is currently the Head of Product at Retain, having assumed this role in 2024. Previously, Mark worked as a Product Director for Finance & Renewals at Automotive Transformation Group from 2023 to 2024 and held multiple positions at Synectics Solutions between 2004 and 2011, including Head of Product Management, Marketing & Data Science. Mark began their career as an Industrial Placement Student at IBM in 2001. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing and Management from Loughborough University and has completed several professional certifications, including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
